AMBERGLEAM（アンバーグリーム）

AMBERGLEAMは、デザイナー・長山里緒音により立ち上げられたブランド。創業以前は約7年間にわたりレディスブランドの第一線でデザイン活動を行っていました。自身が妊娠中にブランドをスタートさせた背景から、「妊娠中〜産後も着られる」プロダクトを発表し、発売直後に完売するなど、多くの支持を集めました。

夫であり、美容師・インフルエンサーとしても活躍する長山友宇希とともに、「服好き夫婦」として知られる2人。ある日、夫婦でシェアできる服が一着もないことに気づいたことをきっかけに、男女それぞれの視点とセンスを融合させたアイテムづくりをスタート。

「ジェンダーレス」「エイジレス」をテーマに、年齢や性別を超えて家族やパートナーと“シェアするファッション”、そして“未来へ紡いでいく衣（ふく）”をコンセプトに掲げています。

また、AMBERGLEAMでは、デッドストック生地を用いたアップサイクル製品や、生産時に作成されたファーストサンプルを販売する“ECOサンプル”ラインも展開。廃棄ゼロを目指したサステナブルな取り組みにも力を入れています。

そのルーツは1930年代、アメリカのサーファーたちがメキシコ・バハカリフォルニアで出会った「セラーピブランケット」から。
海上がりに羽織れるアイテムとして親しまれ、1960年代にはヒッピーカルチャーや反社会的カウンターカルチャーの象徴としても愛されました。
そんな背景を持つメキパを、現代的な視点と手編みの温もりで再構築。AMBERGLEAMならではの解釈でお届けします。

【ABOUT MEXICAN PARKAS】
The origins of the Mexican parka trace back to the 1930s, when American surfers discovered “Serape blankets” in Baja California, Mexico.
These garments quickly gained popularity as easy throw-ons after hitting the waves.
By the 1960s, they became iconic symbols of the hippie movement and countercultural style.
AMBERGLEAM brings this classic back to life through a modern lens and the warmth of hand-knit craftsmanship.
