【Wool × Cashmere Corduroy ─ 滅びゆく織物への敬意】
ウール93％×カシミヤ7％という稀少ブレンド。しっとりとした肌当たりと、起毛に走る微細な光の陰影。
“畝”素材に、静かな緊張感と上品さを与えます。

【“色の奥行き”を仕込む、先染め】
一般的な後染めではなく、タテ・ヨコを染めてから織る先染め設計。
Midnightは「タテ：ブラック × ヨコ：ブルー」。視覚と脳の補色効果で深いネイビーとして認識される、奥行きのある色調です。

【ウールの機能 ─ “自動で快適”に近づける繊維】
ウールは大きく3層構造。
・外側キューティクル（鱗）：湿度でわずかに膨潤し、水蒸気を通しやすく、液体水ははじきやすい。
・内側コルテックス：高い吸放湿性。吸湿時には微弱な発熱（ソープションヒート）が起こり、体感の揺らぎをなだらかに。
・中心メデュラ（※繊維径により有無）：空気を含む中空が断熱性と軽さに寄与。
結果として、ムレにくく、寒い時はあたたかく、暑い時は湿気を逃がすという自然な“呼吸”。

Wool × Cashmere Corduroy — An Homage to a Disappearing Textile
A rare wool–cashmere corduroy with a supple hand and fine nap.
Midnight is yarn-dyed with black warp × blue weft, read by the eye as a deep navy.

The Functionality of Wool — Nature’s Climate Control
Wool features a three-layer architecture:
– Cuticle (scale layer): modulates vapor and sheds liquid water.
– Cortex: highly hygroscopic; moisture uptake releases slight heat of sorption, smoothing temperature swings.
– Medulla (present in some fibers): air-trapping core for insulation and lightness.
Together, wool breathes, buffers humidity, resists clamminess and odor, and reduces static—keeping you comfortable automatically across changing conditions.

From Bishu (weaving) to Enshu (special cutting/raising), this is a truly domestic corduroy.
Minimal patterning keeps the wales vertical; deep tucks add a clean, downward drape.
Fully lined (rayon–cotton) for comfort and longevity.
