「袖を捻りたい」。

その発想から始まり、約1年にわたってパタンナーが試行錯誤を重ね、形になったシャツです。

特徴は、袖そのものに組み込まれた“TWIST”の構造。
湾曲したパターンの線、ダーツ、タックなど、さまざまな技法を組み合わせることで、通常のシャツとは異なる立体的な袖を生み出しています。

捻れをつくるために必要だったカッティングは、あえて隠さずに。
TWIST／3Dカッティングの作業の痕跡を、そのままデザインとして残しています。

袖の捻れに伴い、カフスの打ち合わせが少しずれているのも、このシャツならではの特徴です。
形を追求する過程で生まれた小さな違和感が、一着の個性へとつながっています。

切り替えには、裏を反転させた幅広の袋縫い仕様を採用。
カッティングの線を立体的に際立たせ、シャツの表面に動きと奥行きを加えています。

素材は、コットン50％、ポリエステル33％、ヘンプ17％のダンガリー。
ヘンプのベージュ糸が表情に奥行きを添え、黒の中にも、乾いたような風合いと繊細な陰影を感じさせます。

Blackは、袖の造形を落ち着いた印象で楽しめるカラーです。
遠目にはすっきりとした黒シャツ。近づいた時や腕を動かした時に、捻れた袖や切り替えの線が浮かび上がります。

The design began with a simple idea: “I want to twist the sleeves.”

Nearly a year of trial and error by the pattern maker brought that idea to life.

Curved pattern lines, darts, and tucks work together to create the distinctive three-dimensional sleeves. The cutting lines needed to achieve the twist remain visible, preserving traces of the development process as part of the design.

The twist also results in a slight offset in the cuff overlap—a small irregularity that gives the shirt its character.

Wide, reversed French seams bring the cutting lines into relief, adding depth to the surface.

The dungaree fabric combines cotton, polyester, and hemp. Beige hemp yarn introduces subtle variation and a dry, textured appearance within the black.

From a distance, it reads as a simple black shirt. Up close and in motion, the twisted sleeves and construction details reveal themselves.

An everyday piece with a structure that rewards a closer look.
